Hi-EFECTS Research Presented at IEA Task Leaders Meeting in Busan, South Korea

Researchers from Aalto University, a partner in the Hi-EFECTS project, participated in the 48th IEA Task Leaders Meeting of the Sustainable Combustion Technology Collaboration Programme, held in Busan, South Korea, on 18–23 October 2026.

The team shared recent Hi-EFECTS research results on ammonia and methanol combustion, covering both engine experiments and detailed numerical simulations. These studies contribute to a better understanding of alternative fuel combustion for future marine engines.
